Start with the incoming roots
Discuss soil load, root sizes and the feed arriving from receiving. A brush washer removes adhered surface soil, while stones and heavy grit require their own separation and drainage assessment. Feed distribution matters as much as the nominal machine size.
Juice and puree take different paths
For juice, prepare a pressable mash before belt pressing and collect the liquid separately from press cake. For puree, use appropriate preparation and any required softening before pulping and screening. The two routes should not be quoted as interchangeable.
What to send with your enquiry
Identify juice or puree, incoming root condition and desired output per hour. For puree, describe texture and allowable fibre; for juice, describe the desired extract and any blending step. A representative sample gives a better basis for extraction selection than an assumed yield.
