Fruit Crushers

Fruit crushers prepare a declared feed for pressing or pulping. Compare size-reduction objectives and controls for stones or other incompatible material; crushing is not separation.

Typical process: Feed inspected material through the specified size-reduction duty; control the discharge size and connect it to pressing, pulping or the next preparation step.

Selection inputs: State fruit or vegetable condition, required particle size, foreign-material controls and downstream machine requirements. Crushing is distinct from screened pulp finishing.

Fruit Pulpers and Finishers

Fruit pulpers and finishers separate prepared fruit into pulp and seed, skin or fibre rejects. Compare screen trials and product texture before selecting downstream equipment.

Typical process: Feed prepared fruit to pulping and screened finishing; separate the retained waste stream; transfer the accepted pulp to the next selected process step.

Selection inputs: Specify seeds, fibres, desired particles and actual feed condition. Screen selection and residue quality should be compared using representative material.

CIP Cleaning Systems

CIP systems circulate defined cleaning media through selected closed circuits. Compare supply and return interfaces, monitoring and verification; open equipment cleaning is a separate duty.

Typical process: Define closed product circuits; connect cleaning supply and return; establish the appropriate sequence, monitoring and verification for each circuit.

Selection inputs: List soils, materials, circuit volumes, return conditions and available services. Open equipment still needs a separate cleaning method.

Tube-in-Tube Pasteurizers

Tube-in-tube pasteurizers connect product heating, holding and cooling with a hygienic downstream route. Compare particles, rheology and validation responsibilities for the intended product.

Typical process: Connect prepared feed, indirect heating, a defined hold and cooling or hot-fill interface; provide cleaning and process monitoring for the selected route.

Selection inputs: State viscosity, largest particle, feed temperature, required flow and packaging. Pasteurization is a product-specific process, not an automatic sterility claim.

Tube-in-Tube Sterilizers

Tube-in-tube sterilizers form part of a coordinated thermal and sterile-transfer system. Compare product envelopes, hold-section evidence and downstream aseptic packaging requirements before selection.

Typical process: Connect feed, heating, a defined holding section and cooling to the required downstream packaging interface; treat cleaning and sterile boundaries as explicit process duties.

Selection inputs: Specify product rheology, particles, target preservation route and package. Holding evidence and process validation must be established for the actual product.
