- Pouch form, fill volume range and closure interface
- Product viscosity, particles, temperature and dosing method
- Hygienic feed, changeover access and cleaning method

Meter prepared liquid food into a selected pouch format with a defined hygiene boundary.
Equipment-reference presentation imageThe photographed reference is a compact non-aseptic pouch-filling head with product pipe, frame and actuator assembly. It is an option for appropriate liquid or semi-liquid products when the pouch, filling temperature, dosing method and preservation route are specified together.
The photograph is a refined presentation from a sourced machine reference. Final dimensions and machine configuration are established in the quoted specification.

Conditioned product reaches the filling valve through a closed feed connection. The selected dosing method delivers a repeatable quantity into the supported pouch; bag placement and closure functions depend on the final machine configuration.
Follows a compatible hold or thermal process. A non-aseptic filler does not turn a pasteurized low-acid product into shelf-stable food; package, process and storage conditions must be verified.
Filling nozzle, seals, bag-contact area and enclosed feed pipe have different cleaning tasks. The as-quoted design determines which circuits are CIP-capable.
