Define the feed to the pulper
Preparation and any softening are separate duties. State how rind, seeds and coarse material are handled upstream, and describe the condition and temperature of material reaching the pulping stage.
Control texture and transfer
Screen selection determines the separation of usable pulp from coarse residue. A second finishing stage may be useful when the texture target requires it. The discharge pump and buffer arrangement must handle the actual viscosity, not a thin-water assumption.
Agree the finished-food boundary
Share the intended puree consistency, ingredients, package and storage conditions. Thermal treatment and filling must be selected as a compatible, validated route; a machine rating alone does not establish the finished product process.
