Prepare, circulate and recover cleaning media for closed vessels and pipe circuits.
Equipment-reference presentation imageThe reference CIP skid combines a stainless medium tank, pump, plate exchanger, valves, instruments and a control enclosure. Its job is to supply a defined closed cleaning circuit; it is not a generic promise that every open machine is cleaned in place.
The photograph is a refined presentation from a sourced machine reference. Final dimensions and machine configuration are established in the quoted specification.

Water and cleaning media circulate through selected vessel and pipe loops; the return path carries soil and solution back for monitored disposal or reuse. Temperature, concentration, velocity and contact time are set for the connected circuit and residue.
Connects to closed tanks, thermal skids and compatible filler piping. Open brushes, belts, screens and work surfaces need separate disassembly or manual sanitation instructions.
The CIP unit itself needs drainability and inspection. A completed cleaning recipe must be verified on the worst-case connected circuit, rather than inferred from the skid photo.
Presentation image derived from a photographed CIP assembly. No cleaning validation report, chemical concentration or cycle time is published for a specific plant.

A juice route starts with defined raw material and ends with a product, package and storage condition that have been validated together. Pressing is suitable only after feed preparation and a representative extraction trial.

A puree route emphasizes controlled softening, screen selection and viscous transfer. It can use different preparation and thermal equipment from a thin juice line.

A soup or sauce system may start with prepared puree or purchased base. The actual supply depends on recipe, particles, batch size, cooking duty and package.
