Receiving & preparation

A machine with a defined processing duty

The referenced stainless flat-belt machine has a continuous belt, support frame, adjustable feet and a local control enclosure. It can meter or present vegetables to a downstream station when the belt material, width, length and loading are selected for the product.

The photograph is a refined presentation from a sourced machine reference. Final dimensions and machine configuration are established in the quoted specification.

How it works

Feed → working element → output

Product rides on the moving belt rather than being pumped or submerged. A controlled transfer from the incoming hopper or work table limits drops and helps operators see the feed before it enters the washer. The discharge height and belt speed must match the receiving machine.

Configuration points

  • Belt width, usable length, entry and discharge elevations
  • Food-contact belt material and whether the duty is inspection or transfer
  • Side guides, guarding, drive position and stop/interlock signals

Upstream & downstream

Upstream bulk receiving or manual inspection; downstream washer or other preparation machine. A flat belt is not automatically an elevating machine: an inclined conveyor needs its own cleats, angle, retention and cleaning review.

Cleaning & maintenance

Expose the return run, belt edges and frame junctions for cleaning. This open conveyor is cleaned by access and removal procedures; it is not claimed as a closed-loop CIP circuit.

Vegetable Juice Processing Equipment

A juice route starts with defined raw material and ends with a product, package and storage condition that have been validated together. Pressing is suitable only after feed preparation and a representative extraction trial.
