Configuration points
- Working volume and batch time, distinct from geometric vessel volume
- Agitator type, temperature duty, product-contact finish and drain geometry
- Ingredient addition, level/temperature measurement and pump connection

Blend soup bases and sauces or buffer juice and puree between process steps.
Equipment-reference presentation imageThe referenced stainless process-tank group shows multiple closed vessels, drives, pipe connections and service access. Tank duty can be batch mixing, heated holding or intermediate buffering; these are distinct configurations with different agitation and hygiene requirements.
The photograph is a refined presentation from a sourced machine reference. Final dimensions and machine configuration are established in the quoted specification.

The vessel receives measured liquid and ingredients, while the mixing device circulates product to reduce dead zones. Jacket or other heating is selected only if the recipe requires it; thick or particulate sauce may call for a different agitator and discharge arrangement than thin juice.
Receives pressed juice, refined puree or supplied base; discharges through a suitable pump to thermal processing or filling. Starchy soup or chunky sauce needs a specific transfer and heat-transfer review.
Inspect baffles, lid, seals, outlet and spray coverage as applicable. Open ingredient addition and closed transfer have different cleaning boundaries.

A juice route starts with defined raw material and ends with a product, package and storage condition that have been validated together. Pressing is suitable only after feed preparation and a representative extraction trial.

A puree route emphasizes controlled softening, screen selection and viscous transfer. It can use different preparation and thermal equipment from a thin juice line.

A soup or sauce system may start with prepared puree or purchased base. The actual supply depends on recipe, particles, batch size, cooking duty and package.
