Configuration points
- Product pH, solids, starch, viscosity and largest particle
- Required temperature/time evidence, flow control and monitoring point
- Exchanger style, heating/cooling utilities and downstream hygienic boundary

Connect controlled heating, holding, cooling and diversion to a verified product process.
Equipment-reference presentation imageThe reference skid contains exchanger sections, sanitary pipework, valves, a process vessel and a control cabinet. It is a configurable continuous heat-treatment module for pumpable foods, with the heat-transfer path determined by viscosity, particles, fouling and package route.
The photograph is a refined presentation from a sourced machine reference. Final dimensions and machine configuration are established in the quoted specification.

A controlled pump moves product through heating and holding sections; temperature and flow are monitored before acceptable product continues. Any nonconforming product must be handled by the agreed diversion or recovery path. Heating alone does not establish ambient shelf stability.
Receives stable feed from a tank and pump; connects to a validated filler, aseptic buffer or other downstream process. Low-acid vegetable foods require product and package-specific safety validation.
A compatible CIP circuit may clean the closed exchanger and pipework. Fouling, deposits, gaskets, instrumentation and sterile boundary need documented inspection and validation.
Presentation image derived from a photographed liquid-food thermal skid. No published universal recipe, residence time, lethality or shelf-life claim.

A juice route starts with defined raw material and ends with a product, package and storage condition that have been validated together. Pressing is suitable only after feed preparation and a representative extraction trial.

A puree route emphasizes controlled softening, screen selection and viscous transfer. It can use different preparation and thermal equipment from a thin juice line.

A soup or sauce system may start with prepared puree or purchased base. The actual supply depends on recipe, particles, batch size, cooking duty and package.
