Carry and present prepared vegetables between receiving, inspection and washing.
Explore equipmentRemove surface soil with rotating brushes and spray water before extraction or pulping.
Explore equipmentThis stage does two jobs: present the product in a controlled layer, then remove surface soil without damaging it. Sorting, grading, peeling and cutting are separate duties. The right sequence depends on soil load, defect rate and the feed condition the press or pulper actually needs.
What it does not do: The stage does not grade, peel or cut. If those duties are required, specify them separately and check the feed they hand to the washer.
Match the belt discharge to the washer inlet instead of adding an uncontrolled drop.
Specify incoming soil, stones, vegetable sizes and acceptable surface damage.
Provide access to brush beds, return belts, spray headers and solids drains.
Decide whether a pre-wash sort is needed for stones, rotten product or foreign matter, and who verifies the cleaned grade.
