Produce a controlled puree and separate coarse fibre through staged screening.
Equipment-reference presentation imageThe photographed two-stage pulping unit has horizontal processing drums and separate drives on a common frame. It supports a puree route in which softened or otherwise prepared vegetables are pressed against screens to separate usable pulp from coarse residue.
The photograph is a refined presentation from a sourced machine reference. Final dimensions and machine configuration are established in the quoted specification.

Feed enters the first drum and rotating elements move product against the screen. Material passing the screen becomes pulp; coarse skins, seeds or fibrous residue use the reject outlet. A second stage can refine texture, but a screen choice must follow real feed testing.
Follows preparation and any required softening. The puree outlet connects to a viscous-product pump, buffer or mixing tank; the reject stream must have its own removal plan.
Screen and rotor removal access, drainability, seal inspection and residue collection matter for fibrous vegetables. Cleaning coverage is assessed against the exact assembled configuration.
Presentation image derived from a photographed two-stage pulping/refining machine. No carrot-specific screen size, product yield or line rate is published without a trial.

A puree route emphasizes controlled softening, screen selection and viscous transfer. It can use different preparation and thermal equipment from a thin juice line.
