Choose the job before the machine
Separate washing, liquid extraction, pulp refining, blending, thermal processing and filling. A washing machine cannot replace a destoning system, and a belt press does not produce the same output as a pulper. State which step you need to improve first.
Define the input and the acceptance point
Give the vegetable, its incoming condition and the required finished-product form. Agree where output will be measured: raw feed, recovered liquid, screened puree or packed product. These are different capacity bases.
Check the connections before ordering
List the inlet and outlet elevations, product-transfer arrangement, available floor space, utilities and cleaning access. A replacement machine should fit the existing equipment without leaving an uncontrolled feed or discharge bottleneck.
