Confirm the physical interfaces
Review the selected dimensions, inlet and discharge heights, clearances and access routes against the site layout. State who supplies product piping, drains, pumps and transfer connections.
Confirm controls and services
List the utility connections, local controls, isolation points and any interlocks between machines. Workshop testing and site commissioning should have a defined division of responsibility.
Agree acceptance with real material
Identify sample feed, measurement points, test procedure and the product result to be checked. Record equipment configuration and any remaining work so installation completion is not confused with product-process validation.
