Describe the actual feed
State preparation, feed temperature, solids and coarse material entering the drum. A screen trial on one vegetable or feed condition is not proof of the result for another preparation.
Balance separation and texture
The screen passes usable pulp and retains larger material. A second stage can refine texture, but selecting a smaller opening without a trial can change output and reject behaviour. Agree a sample and the acceptable final texture.
Include access and residue handling
Check how screens and rotating components are removed and inspected. The reject outlet needs a collection route separate from the product outlet, and the downstream pump must handle the resulting puree.
