From receiving to filling

  1. 01

    Receive base

Use the documented purity, temperature and holding condition of the supplied base.

  2. 02

    Mix & heat

Process tanks combine ingredients; agitation and heating depend on starch, particles and fouling.

  3. 03

    Transfer & treat

Select a viscous-product pump and heat exchanger after product testing.

  4. 04

    Fill & clean

Consider a compatible pouch filler; connect closed circuits to CIP and validate open-contact cleaning separately.

Low-acid soup and particulate sauce need product-specific process authority and package validation before any shelf-life claim.

Equipment that can form this route

The flow is a configuration example, not a customer layout or a promise that every option is included. Machine selection and supply boundaries are confirmed in a project quotation.

Configuration discussion

Start with the food and the package.

Share the vegetable, incoming condition and preferred final food. We can then identify machine interfaces and the evidence needed before final selection.
