From receiving to filling

  1. 01

    Prepare

Belt conveyor and brush washing; cut or soften only with a verified vegetable-specific machine and duty.

  2. 02

    Pulp & refine

Two-stage pulper/finisher separates coarse residues while setting texture through screen choice.

  3. 03

    Buffer & transfer

Process tank plus suitable pump configuration for viscosity and particles.

  4. 04

    Treat & package

Thermal equipment and downstream package are chosen against pH, solids, viscosity and storage target.

Neither an untested softening recipe nor a generic pump/thermal setting is published as a finished puree specification.

The flow is a configuration example, not a customer layout or a promise that every option is included. Machine selection and supply boundaries are confirmed in a project quotation.

Configuration discussion

Start with the food and the package.

Share the vegetable, incoming condition and preferred final food. We can then identify machine interfaces and the evidence needed before final selection.
